Disappointed

I’ve ordered before and the names were embroidered. This time it’s just a stamped name that will wear off and looks cheap.
Disappointed because it’s a gift for daughter’s wedding - honeymoon luggage
Have previously told friends the company is great - shame .

Excellent clear lettering

I chose a customised name with phone number on a plain background as I needed a strap to put on my daughter's fencing bag for international travel. The straps were will printed and includes a lock on the clasp so that it doesn't randomly open by accident. Really pleased with the purchase, which wish we could have straps with country flags as well

I loved your earlier fully elastic straps, so these are a bit trickier to use as there is only about 6 inches of elastic. so they are not as stretchy.

The colour of the blue is also paler - back to NAVY blue please !

I think if you could have some company logos then that would also be worth considering - obviously artwork / pdf would need to be supplied. I would also like a wider variety of typeface, less "script" typefaces.
