From 1st July 2026, the European Union (EU) has removed the €150 customs duty exemption for low-value imports and replaced it with a €3 customs duty per item/order line.

The change affects any business selling and shipping low-value goods from outside the EU to consumers in EU member states.

Please be aware that due to these changes your order may be subject to much higher import and tax costs than any previous orders you may had from us, this will be imposed by your own authorities and payable to them, we have no control over this.

Unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refunds resulting from these new regulations should you refuse to accept the goods after shipping.
