How wide / long are the woven name tapes?
The width of the name tapes are set. We offer 3 different widths (8mm, 12mm, and 25mm).
The length of name tapes are dependant on the style of font chosen and the number of characters used (including spaces). Some font styles have larger characters than others which would need spaces to accommodate the size of each character which results in a longer label. If you are unsure on how long you think your label would be, please get in touch so we can advise.
What types of labels do we supply?
- Woven Name Tapes - To be sewn onto garments
- Iron on Labels - To be applied onto garments using an iron (instructions are sent out with orders).
- Stick on Labels - To be applied by hand, simply stick onto the garment and leave for over 24 hours before washing. (Up to 40°c wash only).
When can I expect delivery?
Most of our products are made to order and all have various lead times. Once orders are processed and despatched, we advise customers to allow a couple of more days for orders to arrive. To view lead times, please visit the product pages.
How much is postage / shipping?
Postage for printed and woven labels is free of charge and orders are despatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Pre-paid envelopes as standard. Other postage rates are available and will be charged accordingly.
Postage may also be charged for some of our heavier/bulkier products e.g. Luggage Straps/Ceramic Mugs/Drinks bottles etc.
If customers would like to receive their orders as soon as possible, we do have other postage methods available. Please choose Royal Mail Tracked/Express Courier which can be selected at checkout. Additional costs will apply.
