I bought these nametapes as a rite of passage for my four-year-old granddaughter who has just started school in London after living in California. I had shown her some of her father's old things, still with their nametapes sewn in. I can't wait to join her and start stitching.
When I explained their function to her she looked hard at me and said,"But granny, I already know they are my clothes, because I put them on!"
